At Trulyvisible, your satisfaction matters to us. We handcraft each product with care and stand behind the quality of everything we create. While most items are final sale, we offer a quick and easy self-serve return process for eligible issues to make things right when needed.
FINAL SALE Items:
Due to the personal nature of our body care products, all purchases are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. This applies to body butters, scrubs, oils, soaps, bundles, and limited-edition items.
Quick Self-Serve Returns (If Applicable):
In the rare event you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, you can start a return within 48 hours of delivery through our self-serve return portal. We’ve made the process fast and hassle free. No back and forth emails required.
Approved refunds will be issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store credit never expires and can be used anytime toward future purchases.
👉 Melted products (especially body butters) during warmer months are not considered damaged. Natural ingredients may soften in transit but will firm up again when placed in a cool area or refrigerator. This does not affect quality or performance.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your order shows as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check with your local post office and neighbors first. Trulyvisible.co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
