• Processing time for orders can take anywhere between 1-3 business days. It does not include weekends and holidays (promotions, restocks etc.) Your order will be shipped in 3-5 business days after your order is placed.  TrulyVisible.co does NOT refund any shipping cost.

• You will receive your order confirmation email same day your order has been placed and the processing time as well. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, delivery time will take between 3-5 business days.

• Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking number attached to it, including shipment details. If you would like to track your order you can click on the tracking number that was provided in your email and can check in 24-48 hours after you receive the tracking number. All orders will be shipped within USPS

• TrulyVisible.co is NOT responsible for any shipping deliveries that could be affected by delays, transfers, customs etc.
